Truck Space: All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs, unless you are renting them from Rescue Village. If you wish to have a pop-up tent at your area, you must provide your own. Rescue Village does not have tents available for rent. As a condition for applying for booth space, merchants understand that they are required to remain set-up from 10:00am-4:00pm.

Instructions/Refunds: You will receive additional information and event day instructions prior to the event. There are no refunds after the event. In case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by government agencies to cancel the event over which Rescue Village has no control, refunds will be offered.

Food Vendors: All food truck/food vendors must provide Rescue Village with proof of current liability insurance, vendor license, and Board of Health Certificate for the individual food trucks at the time of payment. Copies will be given to Cleveland Metroparks and Fire Marshal for the day of inspection. Food trucks begin arriving at 7 AM.

Digital Event Guide:  All food trucks and vendors are eligible to be included in Rescue Village’s Woofstock Digital Event Guide. The event signup deadline to be included in the Digital Event Guide is September 1, 2026. All applications received after 9/1/2026 cannot guarantee having their business name and location in the Woofstock Digital Event Guide.

On-site Resources: All food trucks and vendors must be able to operate independently of any provided resources at the park including water, electrical, internet, refrigeration and any materials. Food trucks are responsible for all set-up and clean-up of their booth space and their immediate surrounding area.

Waiver - Please Read: It is expressly understood and agreed by each vendor, its agents and guests that neither Cleveland Metroparks, Rescue Village, nor its managers, sponsors, employees, members, board of directors, contractors, volunteers or any of their agents shall be liable for loss or damage to the persons, goods or properties of vendors. At all times such goods and properties remain the sole possession and responsibility of the vendor.

Upon submitting this application contract
- exhibitor releases and agrees to indemnify Cleveland Metroparks, Rescue Village, its managers, sponsors, employees, members, board of directors, volunteers and agents, and save them harmless from any suit of claim for property damage or personal injury resulting in whole or in part from actions or inactions on the part of exhibitor, its agents and/or inactions on the part of the vendor, its agents and/or its guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Rescue Village reserves the right to refuse any vendor, merchandise, or service according to our policies. Food Truck space is limited and will be filled on a first come basis.
